קַמְפּוֹן, קוּמְ׳m. (campus, κάμπος, accus.) plain for exercise and amusement. Kel. XXIII, 2 מפני שעומדין עליו בקמ׳ Ar. (ed. בקומ׳; Ar. s. v. קנפון: בקנפון) because soldiers at sports stand on it.
